Join us for a fun, family-friendly day out and walk along the River Thames.

Towpath Trundle is a fun and popular walk for all abilities, groups and families (dogs and buggies welcome). Trundlers can choose to walk four or eight miles following the scenic route along the banks of the River Thames, starting their Trundle from either Sadlers Ride or Walton Bridge.

We have a choice of routes suitable for the whole family – including those in prams! Fancy dress is encouraged and there will be prizes to be won for the highest fundraiser/donation and the largest team - so make sure you gather all your friends and family to join you!

Towpath Trundle is a firm favourite in our calendar of fundraising events and now in its 27th year, so we do hope you’ll join us to enjoy the lovely riverside surroundings or maybe even a picnic. As always there will be plenty of food, drinks, fun, games and lots more to enjoy!

Fundraising target - £10,000

Most importantly we hope you will join us in making our 27th Towpath Trundle the best ever by raising or donating as much as possible to help fund our care. This year our target is to raise £10,000 and with your help we believe this will be achievable. If 300 of our Trundlers donated or raised just £37 each we would smash our target!

If you are fundraising or collect any offline donations you can either use the sponsorship form or our website to pay in any money raised offline.

What we have raised so far doesn’t include ticket sales (this cost only covers the running of the event) which is why your donation or fundraising is so important to us.

We encourage all our Trundlers to join the celebrations and come in fancy dress! Use your imagination and be creative – you can even dress up the dog or come dressed up as a team; be as inventive as you dare! Plus, there will be a prize for the best costume.
